Third Day Program of the Delegation from Nutrition Department of Cihan University- Erbil to Warsaw University of Life Science, Poland

On Wednesday, 04/12/2019, the delegation met with the Prof. Zasada, Vice- Vector of the University for External Affairs. The Vice Rector welcomed the delegation and expressed their happiness about the arrival of the delegation and appreciated the efforts of the president of Cihan University-Erbil for implementing the agreement and developing relations. After that the head of the delegation (Dr. Salih Mustafa Salih) expressed his thanks and appreciation for visiting the University of Warsaw and for the warm hospitality and the good relations between the two universities and for the proposed program for the delegation during the visit. After that, Prof. Zasadagave detailed explanation about the history of University of Warsaw and its and potential, and then heard about the reactions of students about the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. All the students expressed their happiness and thanks to the two universities for this scientific and historical visit by Cihan University – Erbil. After that we discussed many topics, including dual degree with the Department of Nutrition and other departments, exchanging professors and continuing the exchange of students between the two universities and how to form research groups between researchers and student projects and establish joint conferences, and we suggested them to visit Cihan University- Erbil around April 2020.

The delegation attended a lecture on trust in Society and in Business in the presence of Erasmus students from five different countries where students were divided into different groups and gave them a task (Task / Ice Break) for a limited time and through which they were introduced to each other. After that, the head of the delegation (Dr. Salih Mustafa Salih) gave a part of the lecture on trust and linked with nutrition services and food factories. Then Dr. Walaa Al-Jafgave another part of the lecture (Trust in Businesses).The delegation met with the Vice Dean of Civil Engineering and Environment Prof. Jarekl, and we discussed the topics of joint conferences and dual degree. Then we met the Head of International Relations at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences Prof. Katazryna and we discussed with her how to develop relations and speed up the process of dual degree and joint conferences between the two universities and other events.
