Seminar entitled “How to make negative interest work”

Dr. Mujeeb Hassan Mohammed at Banking & Financial Sciences Department gave a seminar entitled “How to make negative interest work” on 19-4-2020 at 1:30 PM via google hangouts meet. His speech was about many central banks reduce the interest  rate to zero during the financial crisis to boost growth, in recent time, interest rates remain low in most advanced countries, while the global economy has been recovering, a recent seminar shows how central banks can set up a system that would make deeply negative interest rates a feasible option. Most lecturers who participated in the seminar were very interesting and thankful for the useful information in the seminar and for the persuasive answers of their questions.
