A ‘Blood Donation Campaign’ organized by Business Administration Department for the children of Nanakli Hospital for Hematology & Oncology

On December 22, 2021, the Department of Business Administration Cihan University-Erbil organized a blood donation campaign for the children of Nanakli Hospital for Hematology & Oncoloy. By announcing the campaign, the students of the department widely accepted to donate blood.

     The campaign began with raising awareness of the seriousness of blood and cancer diseases that the children are exposed to from the ages of 3 to 13 years. The seriousness of the issue encouraged students to actively participate in this campaign by donating blood in the Blood Bank- Erbil for the children of Nanakli Hospital.

     Nanakli Hospital is a specialized hospital in treating blood diseases and cancer. It has special departments for blood diseases and cancer treatment for men, women and children of all ages.

   The hospital, in cooperation with the blood bank, has allocated a special medical staff to receive students and facilitate the process of blood donating. The visit to the blood bank was supervised by the Assistant Lecturer Bushra Ali and the Assistant Lecturer Muhammad Saber Jami, and it was under the direct supervision of the head of the Department .
