A Competition for Preparing Computer Networks Cables

On 18/2/2021 Lecturer Ghassan Emmanuel Salim in the Department of Communications and Computer Engineering, conducted a competition for students of the third and fourth stage in the field of networks.  The competition was about preparing computer network cables and connecting them to computers for the purpose of communicating with each other and transmitting information.

More than 20 meters of cables and 60 pieces of RJ45 packaging were used for the purpose of linking them together. The quality and accuracy of the connection was measured by Testers devices. Gifts were given to the outstanding students in the fastest time and most accurate link. The competition was supervised by the head of the department.
