On the anniversary of the National Feast of Newroz and the Kurdish New Year (2726), I extend my warmest and most sincere congratulations to all members of the University Council, our esteemed faculty, dedicated staff, and dear students of Cihan University-Erbil. I also share these greetings with the people of Kurdistan.

For us, Newroz is not merely a change of seasons or the rebirth of nature; rather, it is a brilliant symbol of our national identity, freedom, and the struggle for a dignified life. As we welcome this feast, Cihan University-Erbil, as a leading scientific institution, remains committed to developing human potential and guiding our generations toward a brighter horizon.
