A Scientific Visit to Al-Hayat Company by the Students of the Public Administration Department

On Wednesday, December 4, 2024, the Department of Public Administration at Cihan University – Erbil organized a scientific visit involving its first-year students to Al-Hayat Company in Erbil, under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Qusay H. Al-Salami. During the visit, Mr. Ribaz H. Hameed, the Director of Human Resources, provided a detailed explanation of the nature of work in the various departments of the company. He also highlighted the ongoing development efforts to establish a new factory equipped with modern technologies to meet the growing market demands for the company’s products.

The visit offered the students a valuable opportunity to observe the company’s production closely. They witnessed the production processes starting from the formation of soft drink glass bottles, followed by sterilization, filling, packaging, and assembly into small and large bundles ready for distribution to outlets across the region. The tour was enriched with an in-depth explanation by Mr. Mustafa Dilzar Saber, the Director of Food Safety, who also addressed several questions posed by the students and supervisor regarding the nature of each production stage.

At the end of the tour, the company presented commemorative gifts to the students as an expression of its appreciation and support in raising awareness of the practical aspects of the workplace. In return, Dr. Qusay Al-Salami and the first-year students extended their sincere gratitude and best wishes to all company employees for their outstanding efforts in serving the people in the region and Iraq as a whole.
