A SCIENTIFIC VISIT TO ERBIL CENTRAL LABORATORY BY THE MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENCE DEPARTMENT STUDENTS

On 16 March 2022, a group of first-stage students from the Medical Laboratory Science Department went to Erbil Central Laboratory under the supervision of the Head of the aforementioned department, A. L Sarwan Wasman Hamad, including Lecturers Dr. Anas Saadeh AlKhouri, and Dr. Tafiq Faruq.

It was a scientific visit organized by the abovementioned department aimed to familiarize the students with the various types of tests and advanced equipment available at the laboratories. During the visit, the students were exposed to six departments and introduced to the staff there. The students were later provided with useful information by the staff about the different tests and procedures to carry out them.

The students enjoyed participating in such an educational visit that increased their knowledge of the information presented to them.
