A Seminar entitled ” Legal Ways to Establish an Iraqi Confederation ” delivered by “Dr. Pishtiwan Ali Abdulkader “( Head of law department)on 213   Hall-Department of Law on 5/4, 2017. The Seminar was attended by a number of the Lecturers. A debate was commenced to discuss (The concept of confederation and how to apply this system between Iraq and the state of Kurdistan after the referendum and establishment of a Kurdish state ,then consolidate relations in all respects between the two countries after the establishment of this union) The seminar was concluded by some suggestions by the Presenter and the Participants.
