A Seminar entitled Ombudsman system as a means to resolve administrative disputes

A Seminar entitled ” Ombudsman system as a means to resolve administrative disputes” delivered by Mr. Mohammed Noori Ali  on 213   Hall-Department of Law on 30/of November, 2016. The Seminar was attended by a number of the Lecturers. A debate was commenced to discuss (The concept of the Ombudsman , historical background, the function and the possibility of the establishment of the Ombudsman in Iraq and in the Kurdistan region. The seminar was concluded by some suggestions by the Presenter and the Participants
