A Seminar entitled “The Iraqi State Shura Council”

A Seminar entitled “The Iraqi State Shura Council” delivered by Dr. Usmatt Abdulmajed Bakir on 213 Hall-Department of Law on 3rd of December, 2015. The Seminar was attended by a number of the Lecturers. A debate was commenced to discuss the history and background of this Council and its functions, and the possibility to convert it to “State Council” such as in other countries like Egypt. The Seminar was concluded by some suggestions by the Presenter and the Participants.
