A seminar on the economically appropriate government of Iraq
Department of Business Administration held a seminar entitled “The Economically Appropriate Government of Iraq” delivered by Dr. Rabie Khalaf Saleh, which included an explanation of the principle of the government, which is economically intervening and the minimum government which are two extreme instruments for managing different economies. The first is necessary in the absence of effective market tools in the management of the economy whereas in case of the availability of these tools, the second is sufficient.
