Active Participation of the Informatics and Software Engineering Department in the World Innovation and Scientific Inventions Day
On Monday, April 21, 2025, in celebration of World Innovation and Scientific Inventions Day, the morning show “Sabah Dijlah” hosted a distinguished segment featuring Assistant Lecturer Adel Hussein, a faculty member of the Informatics and Software Engineering Department at Cihan University-Erbil, along with two students from the same department, Darin Hussein and Mahmood Hirsh.
The segment focused on their latest innovative project: an AI-powered smart doll, designed to interact with users in a natural and intelligent manner. The project highlights the department’s commitment to advancing modern technology and applying it in diverse fields such as entertainment, education, and human interaction.
During the interview, Assistant Lecturer Adel Hussein emphasized the importance of guiding young talents toward innovation.
