On Wednesday 22/1/2020, University of Cihan – Erbil received the President of Al-Irshad Foundation for Arbitration as well as Cultural and Legal Development. During this visit, a memorandum was signed by Professor Dr. Amjad Saber Al-Delawi represents Cihan University-Erbil and Mr. Alaa Shun the chancellor of Al-Irshad foundation to hold seminars, conferences, legal and developmental workshops and also to provide legal advice that serves the university.
