Architectural Engineering Students Visit Future City Construction Site

On Thursday, January 22, 2026, second-year students from the Architectural Engineering Department at Cihan University–Erbil conducted an educational field visit to an under-construction project in Future City.

The visit was organized under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Lana Shahab Ahmed. The students were warmly received by Engineer Ahmad Ali Kamal, who provided an introductory overview of the project. He explained the design concept, project objectives, and the main architectural features of the development.

During the visit, the students observed the construction stages, site organization, and the practical implementation of architectural drawings. Engineer Ahmad Ali Kamal highlighted key aspects such as structural systems, construction materials, and the coordination between architectural design and on-site execution.
