BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES DEPARTMENT ORGANIZED A SCIENTIFIC VISIT

On Monday 11 April 2022, the Biomedical Sciences Department organized a scientific visit for its first-stage students to the Rashin Clinic. The visit has been supervised by Ms. Noor Sami.

Dr. Mostafa Musa Atroshi, head of the clinic welcomed the students warmly and guided the students around the clinic. The aim of this visit was to increase the student’s knowledge and information about the two diagnostic techniques, namely Computed Tomography (CT) scan and Magnetic Resonance Image (MRI).

The differences and applications of these devices and also the purposes of these instruments were discussed. Also, many other discussions took place among the students and the staff of the clinic.
