Biomedical Sciences Department Students Extended Eid Cheer to Orphan Children
Under the thoughtful supervision of A.L. Hero Ismail, a dedicated group of students from the Biomedical Sciences Department organized a touching activity on Sunday, April 7th, 2024. The students took it upon themselves to bring joy to the lives of 25 orphan children by purchasing Eid clothes in collaboration with the Haji Idrees Charitable Organization.
The initiative, spearheaded by the students, aimed to spread happiness and ensure that these children could experience the joy of receiving new clothes for Eid.
A.L. Hero Ismail, who oversaw the event, expressed her admiration for the students’ initiative and highlighted the importance of community engagement and empathy. She emphasized the significance of such activities in fostering a sense of compassion and social responsibility among young minds.
The children, ranging from various ages, were ecstatic as they tried on their new outfits, their smiles reflecting the impact of this thoughtful gesture.
