Biomedical Sciences Department Students Visit Rudaw TV Health Program for Media Training

On Thursday, 18 December 2025, students from the Biomedical Sciences Department at Cihan University–Erbil attended Dr. Aras’s Health Program, broadcast on Rudaw TV, as part of an academic initiative aimed at enhancing their skills in medical media communication and program preparation.

The visit provided students with a valuable opportunity to observe firsthand how a professional health program is structured and delivered. During the session, they learned about the essential stages of producing medical media content, including planning educational topics, preparing scientific material, organizing program segments, and presenting complex medical information in a clear and accessible manner for the general public.

Students also gained insight into the techniques used by the program’s production team to ensure accuracy, clarity, and audience engagement. This included observing how medical professionals simplify terminology, maintain scientific credibility, and effectively address public health issues through televised media.

By attending Dr. Aras’s Health Program, the students enhanced their understanding of medical communication and the vital role of media platforms in promoting public health awareness.
