Cihan University-Erbil Announces the 2nd International Summer School Opportunity in the Czech Republic
As part of its incessant efforts toward the internationalization of higher education and expanding students’ scientific horizons, Cihan University-Erbil is pleased to announce a premier opportunity for its students to participate in an international Summer School titled “Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).” This program is organized in collaboration with the prestigious Palacký University Olomouc in the Czech Republic.
Following the success of the previous session, this course is specifically designed for students in Architectural Engineering, Health Techniques, and Applied Sciences (including Biomedical Sciences and Medical Microbiology), as well as all departments where laboratory work is a core component of the curriculum. Participation offers a significant international experience and a certified credential from a leading European university.
Program Details:
- Duration: A 10-day intensive program running from June 20, 2026, to June 29, 2026.
- Curriculum: The course covers HSE principles in engineering, risk assessment, workplace and laboratory safety, waste management, emergency planning, and scientific field visits.
- Cost: The estimated participation fee is approximately $800 USD (excluding airfare). This fee covers tuition, accommodation, and selected program activities.
- Capacity: Limited to 20–25 students.
