Cihan University-Erbil Concludes the First Training Course for Al Yasra Company Employees and Awards Certificates of Completion
As part of ongoing academic and professional cooperation, Cihan University-Erbil, represented by the Department of Media and the Department of Business Administration, successfully concluded the first training course for a group of employees from Al Yasra Company. This initiative forms part of a comprehensive strategic plan aimed at developing human resources and enhancing professional competencies.
The course marks the implementation of the cooperation agreement signed between the university and Al Yasra Company, which includes the organization of 15 specialized training courses. The program is designed to improve the efficiency and skills of the company’s 890 employees working in branches across the governorates of the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.
On the final day of the course, participants completed a comprehensive examination prepared by professors and experts from the Departments of Media and Business Administration. The assessment was designed to evaluate the trainees’ understanding of the theoretical and practical components covered during the program and to ensure that the acquired knowledge can be effectively applied in the workplace.
After the examinations were completed and graded, a closing ceremony was held during which certificates of participation and completion were awarded to the employees of Al Yasra Company. Academics and program organizers from Cihan University-Erbil commended the trainees for their commitment, active participation, and dedication to professional development throughout the course.
This successful course represents the official launch and first milestone of the training series, with 14 additional courses scheduled to follow. The upcoming courses will serve employees across different governorates and are expected to contribute significantly to enhancing the administrative and media performance of Al Yasra Company while keeping pace with the latest developments in the labor market.
