Cihan University-Erbil, in Collaboration with Salahuddin Province and the Training Company for Exploration, Conducted a Training Course

In coordination with various government institutions in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, Cihan University-Erbil, in collaboration with Salahuddin Province and the Training Company for Exploration, conducted a training course for directors of administrative units in Salahaddin Province.

This course, held in the conference hall of the Ramada Hotel in Erbil from September 29, 2024, to October 3, 2024, covered several topics related to leadership and administration, methods for task follow-up, strategic planning in management science, and strategic decision-making. Dr. Samir Salahaddin, a lecturer in the Department of Public Administration at Cihan University-Erbil, represented the university and provided valuable insights on various aspects of management leadership to the participants.

Throughout the course, participants engaged in discussions on the presented topics and enriched the sessions by sharing field experiences and strategies for overcoming challenges. The event concluded with the distribution of certificates to the participants.

Cihan University-Erbil has previously organized similar courses for educators and employees across various institutions to enhance administrative capacity and governance training in a variety of fields.
