Cihan University-Erbil Inaugurates Largest Job Fair with 50 Participating Institutions to Empower Graduates and Students

In a strategic initiative designed to facilitate professional integration and generate tangible employment opportunities, Cihan University-Erbil inaugurated its largest Job Fair, featuring the participation of 50 prominent institutions and companies.

The fair was officially opened by Professor Dr. Amjad Saber Al-Delawi President of Cihan University-Erbil, and Dr. Nawzad Yahya Bajger, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Cihan Universities and Institutes. The event witnessed a significant turnout of graduates, students, and youth. During their tour of the exhibition, the University President and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees engaged directly with participating organizations, discussing the employment opportunities available across various sectors. They further emphasized the high level of competence, proficiency, and specialized skills possessed by Cihan University-Erbil graduates, advocating for their readiness to meet the demands of the labor market.

Held on Thursday, November 27, 2025, within the university campus, the event was organized under the direct supervision of the University Presidency and through a coordinated effort between the Alumni Association and Media Department. The fair attracted over 50 reputable entities from diverse sectors, including commerce, industry, services, and media. This professional platform provided students and alumni with a unique opportunity to establish direct contact with employers and human resources managers, submit their Curricula Vitae (CVs), showcase their portfolios and expertise, and conduct preliminary interviews.

Beyond immediate recruitment, the Job Fair served as a vital strategic bridge, allowing participants to familiarize themselves with corporate environments and establish a broad professional network with active institutions in Kurdistan Region.
