Cihan University–Erbil Lecturer Delivers Seminar on Digital Twin Technology in China

In pursuit of international scientific collaboration and the exchange of academic expertise with leading global research institutions, Lecturer Adil Hussein Mohammed, a faculty member in the Department of Software Engineering and Informatics at Cihan University–Erbil, delivered a specialized scientific seminar titled ‘Power of Digital Twin’ at Huaqiao University in southern China.

During the session, which was attended by a distinguished group of faculty members, industry experts, and students, Lecturer Adil Hussein provided a comprehensive overview of the Digital Twin concept, a key pillar of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. He explained how this technology uses virtual replicas of physical devices and systems to support predictive maintenance, optimize performance, and improve operational efficiency in large scale projects and smart city initiatives.
