Cihan University-Erbil students in Poland; a field trip to Krakow
Students from Cihan University-Erbil in Poland recently embarked on an enriching field trip to Krakow, a city located in the southern part of Poland. This trip was not only about attending academic lectures but also engaging in various activities with their fellow classmates.
During this scientific and cultural excursion, the students, in collaboration with the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) group, had the opportunity to explore the different facets of this historically rich Polish city. Their journey led them through several distinct neighborhoods within Krakow, including the renowned historic Jewish Quarter, the Great Market Square, which houses a textile hall and a Renaissance trading post.
While immersing themselves in the city’s vibrant atmosphere and its historical landmarks, the students also engaged in thoughtful discussions about the culture and unique aspects of their own people and nations. This holistic experience not only broadened their horizons but also fostered cultural exchange and learning among the diverse group of students from Cihan University-Erbil.
