Cihan University-Erbil Supports Renovation of Pedagogy Center at Salahaddin University-Erbil

On Thursday, February 27, 2025, Prof. Dr. Amjad Sabir Al-Delawi, President of Cihan University-Erbil, participated in the inauguration ceremony of the new facilities at the Pedagogy Center of Salahaddin University-Erbil.

The event was also attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Kamran Younis Mohammad Amin, President of Salahaddin University-Erbil, along with Dr. Yasin Saleh from the General Directorate of Scholarships and Cultural Relationships at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Additionally, the Vice President of Salahaddin University, the Dean, department heads, and several faculty members were present.

At the beginning, Prof. Dr. Amjad Sabir Al-Delawi and the attendees visited parts of the facilities and closely observed the restoration processes.

On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Kamran Younis delivered a speech in which he highlighted his work during his tenure as President of the University, particularly the renovation and construction of new and modern facilities for some of the university’s administrations, departments, and centers. He also discussed the cooperation of governmental and non-governmental companies and institutions in supporting these efforts.

As part of the ceremony, Assistant Professor Dr. Kamran Younis Mohammad Amin presented a token and the university’s logo to Prof. Dr. Amjad Sabir Al-Delawi in recognition of his support for the renovation of the facilities. In response, Prof. Dr. Amjad Sabir Al-Delawi emphasized the importance of collaboration between universities to advance science and education.
