COMMUNITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENCES DEPARTMENT STUDETS HELD A WORKSHOP DURING THE 4TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON BIOLOGICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES

On 28-29 March 2022, the Department of Community Health and the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences organized an exhibition during the Fourth International Conference in Biological and Health Sciences activities, which was held at Cihan University- Erbil. The objective of the workshop was to get these students to expose their medical examinations to the public.

During the exhibition, the students shared several valuable medical examinations with the lecturers, visitors, and students who attended the conference. Instances of the medical examinations that were presented by the students included blood pressure, blood sugar testing, weight measurement, height measurement, and body mass index calculation.

In addition to that, the students shared valuable information on the methods of examining patients using measuring devices such as blood pressure and blood sugar measurement effectively. At the end of the visit, a simplified report was presented to each patient examined by the students.
