On the blessed occasion of the Holy Month of Ramadan—the month of blessings, grace, and mercy— we extend our warmest and most sincere congratulations to all the University Council members, the esteemed faculty, our dear students, and the hardworking staff of Cihan University-Erbil. Our heartfelt greetings are also addressed to the people of Kurdistan and the Muslim community worldwide on this sacred occasion.

I hope this holy month brings prosperity, joy, and stability to our nation and serves as a significant milestone for deepening the spirit of harmony, tolerance, and cooperation among us.
