DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR DESIGN STUDENTS’ PAINTS TWO ARTISTIC PAINTINGS ON THE WALL

On 13 October 2022 (Thursday), the Department of Interior Design held a drawing workshop for second-year students under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Ms. Mays Nasser.

Ms. Mays Nasser, instructed the students to paint two artistic drawings on the wall. Students were informed to use acrylic paints and drawings corresponding to canvas types. Moreover, the students were also informed to complete the artistic drawing follows the dimensions of the two panels (480 cm * 180 cm).

Ms. Mays Nasser also notified the students to complete their drawing by expressing the simple geometric shapes inspired by the art of the Bauhaus school, which is considered as the most important art school.

The two expressive drawings were placed at the entrance of the department to add to the aesthetics and reflect the actual image in front of the visitor’s eyes.
