On the auspicious occasion of the blessed Eid al-Fitr, Professor. Dr. Amjad S. Al-Delawi, the President of Cihan University-Erbil, extends his warmest and most sincere congratulations to the faculty members, students, and staff of the university, as well as to the people of Kurdistan, Iraq, and the Muslim community worldwide. In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

On the auspicious occasion of Eid al-Fitr, I extend my warmest and most heartfelt congratulations to the esteemed members of the University Council, our distinguished faculty, our dear students, and the dedicated staff of Cihan University-Erbil, as well as to the Muslim community in Kurdistan Region, Iraq, and across the world. I pray to Almighty Allah that this Eid brings abundant blessings on you and restores peace and safety to our Region. May He accept everyone’s fasting, prayers, and acts of devotion.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
