EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES BY THE BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES DEPARTMENT FOR ITS THIRD-YEAR STUDENTS

On 3 April 2022, a group of third-year students from the Biomedical Sciences Department participated actively in a series of educational activities conducted at Cihan University-Erbil library. The activities were organized by the Biomedical Sciences Department through Head of the aforementioned department, Dr. Ali M. Hussein who carried out the activities for these students.

The activities involved long face-to-face conversations, talks, and discussions and the students posed questions, sought answers, and exchanged ideas confidently with Dr. Ali and among themselves during these activities. These interesting activities were organized with the objectives to increase the students’ knowledge of the latest and current topics related to their Biomedical field and to introduce various resources including effective study skills which are significant in their third year of studies in their field at Cihan University-Erbil.

Other than these activities were informative to the students, these exciting activities gave them the opportunity to build closer bonds with Dr. Ali and their peers. The students enjoyed participating in such activities which offered a new learning experience and increased their critical thinking skills.
