English Department Students Bring Digital Storytelling Seminar to Local Girls School

Second-year English Language Department students visited Nazi Secondary for Girls School on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, to share innovative teaching methods through a specialized seminar on storytelling and social media.

The seminar, titled ‘The Art of Storytelling Using Social Media,’ was led by students under the guidance of Assistant Lecturer Rozhin Hosseini. School principal Ms. Awat Ismaiel Jameel and her staff warmly received the university delegation for the educational session.

The presentation focused on practical approaches to improving English speaking abilities through digital platforms. Participants learned how tools like short videos, voice recordings, and interactive story formats can enhance pronunciation, fluency, and speaking confidence among language learners.

Both students and teaching staff responded enthusiastically to the seminar, commending its practical value and clear delivery. The collaboration demonstrated effective knowledge-sharing between higher education institutions and secondary schools in the community.
