General Education Students Visit Schools and Present Seminar on Teachers’ Kurdistan Day

On October 5, 2025, students from the Department of General Education at Cihan University-Erbil, under the supervision of Assistant Lecturers Rozhan Ali Khdir and Dashne Abdullah Saeed, organized an activity to celebrate Kurdistan Teachers’ Day. The event included a seminar and school visits to honor teachers’ efforts and contributions.

As part of the celebration, the students conducted a seminar titled, Dedicated Teacher sat Zhiyar High School. The school manager, Ms. Shaida Shakir Reza, warmly received them and commended their thoughtful initiative. Similarly, at Darin High School, the manager, Mr. Salm Sabah, expressed his appreciation for the students’ visit and acknowledged their respect for the teaching profession.

In addition to the seminar, the students visited several governmental and non-governmental schools, including Zhiyar, Fakhir Mergasori, Target, Paramount, Montessori, and Cihan School. During these visits, they presented flowers, appreciation letters, and booklets to teachers as gestures of gratitude for their guidance, dedication, and ongoing commitment to education.

The activity concluded with warm interactions between the students and teachers, who shared mutual respect and joy on this meaningful day.
