In collaboration with Cihan University-Erbil, German DAAD Organization implements its plans in Kurdistan Region.

In order to coordinate between German scientific organizations and universities of Kurdistan Region, German DAAD Organization in partnership with Cihan University-Erbil, reviewed its plans in Kurdistan Region.
The organization held an online seminar on Monday, 23rd August, 2021. Dr Abdulsattar Kareem Saeed, Vice  president of Cihan University-Erbil for Students’ affairs and Dr Salih Mustafa Salih,  Director of International Communications at Cihan University-Erbil attended in this seminar.
In this seminar, Dr. Amanj Saeed from the Ministry of Higher Education, some representatives from different universities  and scientific institutions of Kurdistan  Region, and Klemens Semtner, Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Erbil, discussed several scientific topics.
In another part of the seminar, the director of the DAAD Organization pointed out a few important issues related to the work and future plans of the German organization, as well as opportunities to cooperate with universities and scientific institutions in Kurdistan Region.  He also announced that universities of Kurdistan  Region, professors and students can submit their applications to the organization so that they can conduct scientific research with German universities or offer student exchanges.
