In Poland, Students of Cihan University-Erbil discuss the economic, social, and water dimensions of climate change.
As part of their ongoing academic activities and as part of the University of Lodz’s summer course, students of Cihan University-Erbil engaged in two additional academic sessions focused on climate change.
On the fifth day of their activities, the students attended two sessions. The first session featured a seminar titled “Assessing the Impacts of Climate Change on Water Resources: Coupling Hydrological Models and Weather Generating Models,” presented by Bahman Jabbarian Amiri. The second session involved a seminar on “The Economic and Social Dimensions of Climate Change,” presented by Baderkhan Abdulla Omer to all students attending the course.
During these two academic activities, the students of Cihan University-Erbil actively participated in discussions with the presenters, delving into the various dimensions and aspects of climate change. They expressed their comments and opinions in detail, contributing to the overall conversation.
