Memorandum of understanding between Cihan University – Erbil and Bilad Al-Rafidain University College

As part of their efforts to enhance and develop their local and foreign relations, a delegation from Cihan University-Erbil received a delegation from Bilad Al-Rafidain University College on Wednesday 12th February, 2020. The visiting delegation was headed by Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Ramadhan Aqul , the president of Bilad Al-Rafidain University College. A Memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Amjad Saber Al-delawi, on the part of Cihan University-Erbil and Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Ramadhan Aqul, on the part of Bilad Al-Rafidain University College. The Memorandum included the development of the scientific and administrative aspects in the two universities and the exchanging of staff members. The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Nawzad Yahya Bajger, the chairman of the Board of Trustees of Cihan Universities, and the delegation of Bilad Al-Rafidain University College.
