Memorandum of understanding between Cihan University – Erbil and Halabja University
On Thursday the 9th of September 2018, Cihan University -Erbil received a delegation from University of Halabja headed by Dr. Tahseen Abdul Karim Amin President of the University and his accompanying delegation. During this visit, a memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Amjad Saber Al-Delawi President of Cihan University and Dr. Tahseen Abdul Karim Amin by the University of Halabja. The agreement included the development of scientific and administrative aspects as well as exchanging professors between the two universities. The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Nawzad Yahya Bajger Chairman of Board of Trustees of Cihan Universities and Dr. Issam Khalil Abdullah, the President Assistant for Scientific Affairs and Dr. Govand Hussein Sherwani, President Assistant for the Administrative Affairs in addition to students and a delegation from University of Halabja.
