Memorandum of understanding between Cihan University – Erbil and Northern Technical University

As part of their efforts to enhance and develop their local and foreign relations, a delegation from Cihan University-Erbil received a delegation from Northern Technical University on Wednesday 18th February 2020. The visiting delegation was headed by Prof. Dr. Mouafaq Yahya Hamdoon . A Memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Amjad Saber Al-delawi, on the part of Cihan University-Erbil and Prof. Dr. Mouafaq Yhahya Hamdoon, on the part of Northern Technical University. The Memorandum included the development of the scientific and administrative aspects in the two universities and the exchanging of staff members and visitors for training and publications and scientific researches.
