Memorandum of understanding between Cihan University – Erbil and Soran University

As part of his efforts to enhance and develop the local and foreign relations of the university, the president of Cihan University-Erbil received a delegation from Soran University on Thursday 16th August, 2018. The Memorandum included the development of the scientific and administrative aspects in the two universities and the exchanging of staff members. The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Isam Khalil Abdullah, the vice president for scientific affairs and the delegation of Soran University.
