Memorandum of understanding between Cihan University – Erbil and Voronezh State University

On Tuesday the 6th of October 2018, Cihan University -Erbil received a delegation from Voronezh State University, Russia headed by Prof. Dmitry Yendovitsky and his accompanying delegation. During this visit, a memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Amjad Saber Al-Delawi President of Cihan University and Prof. Dmitry Yendovitsky by the Voronezh State University.

The agreement included the development of scientific research, educational and cultural cooperation. Expand scholarly ties and facilitate academic cooperation. Promote initiating and participation in research projects and thus to encourage mutual understanding between the Universities.

Finally, the memorandum promotes academic mobility including the academic exchange of students, academic and administrative staff.
