The head of business administration department Dr. Nasrat M. Al-Rawi and Dr. Kusay H. Al-Salami the senior lecturer at Business Administration Department discussed with Dr. Ammar Frederick Al-Bazi from the University of Coventry / UK the possibility of opening an operations research center at Cihan University by collaborating, communicating, and coordinating with Coventry University, Since the opening of such a center will help to attract experienced personnel as well as businessmen in the region and have them collaborated through Cihan University in order to activate the scientific research movement in the industrial, health, and service sectors. This also can provide work opportunity in the future for Cihan University alumni.
