Opportunity for Cihan University – Erbil Students: International Summer Course in the Czech Republic
To achieve internationalized education and expand the academic horizons of its students, Cihan University-Erbil is pleased to offer a great opportunity for its students to participate in the international summer course on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
In partnership with the renowned Palacký University Olomouc in the Czech Republic, this course is specifically designed for Cihan University – Erbil students from the Department of Architectural Engineering, Department of Health Techniques, Department of Biomedical Sciences, Department of Medical Microbiology, and any other departments where laboratory work is a fundamental part of the curriculum. Participating in this valuable course will provide students with a significant international experience and will receive an accredited certificate from a leading European university upon completion of the course.
Additional Information about the Course:
- Duration: Seven days, including five intensive days of the course held from July 21 to 25, 2025.
- Course Content: The main topics will include the principles of HSE in engineering, risk assessment, safety in the workplace and laboratories, waste management, emergency planning, and a field trip.
- Fee: The total fee for each student is approximately USD 800, which covers the course tuition, accommodation, and some other activities. Note: This fee does not include the airfare fee.
- Number of Participants: This opportunity is limited to 25 students.
