Organizing a field trip to Erbil Citadel for the Students of Interior Design Department
On Wednesday, October 27th, 2021, the Department of Interior Design, Cihan University-Erbil organized a scientific visit to Erbil Citadel for the students. The aim of the visit was to help the students be acquainted the design of heritage buildings and to know how to work in a practical way on restoration the historical building. This visit was done under the supervision of Assistant Lecturers Mr. Aws Ahmed and Mr. Mustafa for fourth year students of the department.
In addition, the students documented one of the castle houses for the purpose of re-designing it in the correct way based on international heritage standards.
The Department of Interior Design, Cihan University-Erbil is providing science staffs, developed labs, field trips and various courses for students to strengthen learning process.
