Participation of the Department of Physiotherapy Students in an Awareness Event on the Occasion of World Physiotherapy Day

Within a series of activities and events of the Department of Physiotherapy at Cihan University – Erbil, second-stage students of the Physiotherapy Department participated in an awareness event on 13 November 2022 (Sunday).

The event included a field visit to many neighborhoods and markets in Erbil and the distribution of brochures related to important tips for the prevention of joint and bone diseases, in addition to providing information on the diseases treated by the aforementioned department.

Such an event is important to spread awareness in the community of joint and vertebrae diseases and ways to prevent them, in addition to increasing the ability of the physical therapy students to deal with patients in this field and to provide support as well as information to this group of people.
