Physical Education and Sports Sciences Secure Strong Victory in the Tournament Fifth Match Over the Department of Medical Biochemical Analysis

On Thursday, 4 December 2025, during the Cihan University–Erbil volleyball league for academic departments, the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences secured their place in the final after winning their match in three straight sets.

In the first set, as expected, the Physical Education and Sports Sciences team delivered a strong performance and took complete control of the game, winning convincingly 25–8. In the second set, the Department of Medical Biochemical Analysis team showed improvement and reorganized their formation. However, the gap in experience and physical readiness was still clear, allowing the Physical Education and Sports Sciences team to claim the set 25–20. In the third set, the Physical Education and Sports Sciences team played with greater composure and confidence. The coach allowed all players to participate, and the team maintained their dominance to close the set 25–18.

With this result, the team advanced to the final match, which will soon be held between the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and the Department of Anesthesia Techniques.
