President of Cihan University -Erbil Attends Ministry Council Meeting to Commemorate Anfal Victims

Prof. Dr. Amjad Sabir Al-Delawi, President of Cihan University – Erbil, took part in the latest meeting of the Council of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, held on Sunday and chaired by Dr. Aram Mohammad Qadir, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The high-profiled gathering took place at the Presidency of Garmian Polytechnic University in Kufri, within the solemn context of commemorating the victims of the Anfal Campaign — one of the most tragic episodes in Kurdish history.
In a gathering marked by solemn reflection, the Council convened within the framework of commemorating the victims of the Anfal Campaign — a dark chapter in Kurdish history. The session began with a moment of silence in honour to the martyrs of Kurdistan and the innocent lives lost during the Anfal atrocities.
Speaking at the event, the Minister emphasized the Ministry’s unwavering commitment to supporting the families of the Anfal victims:
