The MoU consists of five key articles outlining areas of cooperation. Under the terms of the agreement, both universities shall establish joint research teams to carry out collaborative scientific projects. In a bid to foster broader educational and cultural understanding, the MoU also enables student exchange programs, allowing students to attend academic courses at the partner institution while adhering to the policies and regulations of each university. This initiative is expected to enhance students’ academic competencies and broaden their learning horizons.
