It is with immense pleasure and pride that I extend this message to all on the occasion of the historic achievement of our university, Cihan University-Erbil, which has successfully attained the first position among all private universities in Iraq in the AD Scientific Index ranking for 2026. This monumental accomplishment is a source of great pride and joy for all of us.
On this distinguished occasion, I address my warmest congratulations to the members of the University Council, for their unwavering support and continuous dedication towards advancing the university’s objectives.
This congratulation is also due to our esteemed faculty members and researchers, whose competence and devotion in teaching and conducting scientific research laid the foundation for this success. It was your tireless efforts and scholarly output that elevated our university’s name nationally and globally.
The congratulation extends to our beloved students, who represent the future vision of the university and the nation. Your diligence and perseverance in study and learning served as a significant pillar in reaching this level. You are the primary motivators for us to consistently deliver the best.
We also congratulate the university staff across all departments and administrative units, whose hard work and commitment in organizing operations and providing a conducive environment for study and research played a fundamental role in this success.
