Radiological Imaging Technologies Department Students Participate in Erbil Street Bazar Festival

On Saturday, March 14, 2026, students from the Radiological Imaging Technologies Department at Cihan University–Erbil participated in Erbil Street Bazar Festival. The activity was supervised by the Head of the Department, Assistant Lecturer Omar Adil Mohammed Ali, through an interactive student booth as part of the festival program.

During the festival, students from all academic stages of the department carried out a variety of community awareness activities focusing on the importance of regular health check-ups and their role in the early detection of many health conditions. The students also provided visitors with useful health information and guidance on monitoring their health and maintaining regular medical follow-ups.

The activities also included raising awareness about maintaining good health during the holy month of Ramadan. Students shared practical health advice on maintaining a balanced lifestyle during fasting and emphasized the importance of monitoring health indicators and following medical guidance when necessary.

The event concluded with strong engagement from festival visitors, many of whom expressed their appreciation and happiness regarding this awareness initiative. They praised the efforts of the department and its students in promoting health awareness and community engagement.
