Assis. Prof. Dr. Noori Sadiq Ali Head of Civil Engineering Department. College of Engineering, Cihan University-Erbil presented a remarkable seminar entitled “Role of Engineer in Construction Management” on Sunday 26th November 2017 at 12:30 PM in hall No. 9006 . The purpose of this seminar is to show that the ability of Civil Engineers in the all Process of undertaking Engineering Projects such as Design, Management and During Construction.
