Scientific Visit to the Department of Community Health to the Dlba Factory
On 3rd of January 2022, third-year students at the Department of Community Health at Cihan University visited the Dlba Dairy Factory in Erbil, under the supervision of the Assistant lecturer, Iyad Abdullah Rashid.
During this visit, the students were acquainted with the technical method used in preparing milk, methods of milk sterilization, and the preventive methods applied in the Dlba factory to ensure the safety of the product from contamination, and the methods used to examine the final product and ensure that it is free of contaminants.
