Seminar entitled “Commercial Fraud”

 A seminar presented by Dr. Akram Abdul Qader Yamlaki Seminar entitled “Commercial Fraud” in the Department of Law in Hall 213 on 2017/11/1 at 1:30 pm, the seminar dealt with (1) the concept of fraud, which mean fraud or deception in business activities. The Iraqi Trade Law of this crime. 3. Comparisons beween Arab and foreign legislation. The seminar was attended by a group of professors and students. The seminar concluded with a set of conclusions and recommendations presented by the honorable doctor, which was welcomed by the audience
